Audience Research Questionnaire about Music Videos in general

I have designed a questionnaire in which I have handed out to 15 people asking them out music videos. This is a general questionnaire trying to learn about my respondents' opinions and feelings about music videos. Within this questionnaire, I have included questions that I could get answers from my respondents of a mixture of qualitative and quantitiative data. This means I would get a range of straight forward answers as well as answers of opinions and feelings. After receiving all my answers from my 15 respondents, I will then anaylse them.
